01 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or continuing to use Kirk Client v1.7.4 or any later version, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Terms of Service (TOS) and End User License Agreement (EULA). Joining the Kirk Discord and using the client or any active subscription constitutes legally binding acceptance of these terms.

02 Pricing & Purchases

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. As of now, lifetime access to Kirk Client is $9.99. Purchasing Kirk Client grants lifetime access to the client and the private Discord server.

03 All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. There are no refunds.

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute on a lifetime purchase:

• The charge will be counter-disputed.
• Your account will be permanently banned and your subscription revoked.

This does not apply to failed monthly subscription payments — you will not be banned for a payment that simply fails to process.

04 Redistribution & Leaking

Kirk Client is licensed to you individually and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

• If you are caught selling, distributing, or leaking copies of Kirk Client, you will be termed and your subscription will be revoked.
• If you are caught soliciting the client from other users (asking someone else for a copy instead of purchasing your own), you will be permanently banned indefinitely.

05 Contacting Support

If you have an issue with your account, subscription, or the client, contact @KirkCEO via DM or open a support ticket. Please be respectful and reasonable — DMing excessively or spamming staff DMs will result in the loss of your subscription.

06 In-Client Chat & Community Conduct

Kirk Client v1.7.4 introduces an in-client chat feature to improve communication and community interaction across the Kirk ecosystem. Because this feature enables direct user-to-user communication, stricter moderation policies are enforced. Kirk Clients has zero tolerance for:

Any conduct that violates standard platform or community guidelines may result in a warning, mute, subscription revocation, or a permanent ban at staff discretion, in addition to any consequence outlined elsewhere in this TOS.

07 Account & Identity

Every Kirk account is logged and tied to your motherboard's HWID and your Discord User ID for license verification and anti-sharing enforcement. See the FAQ for details on account migration if you lose access to your original Discord account.

08 Scope

This TOS applies uniformly to all products under the Kirk umbrella, including Kirk Client, KirkFortress, and KirkWare, across all supported games (Minecraft, TF2, GMOD), whether currently released or coming soon.
